Service Contract Silver sub 75 Mile Radius

Our Woodworking machinery annual service agreements, allow you to benefit from inclusive regular maintenance, reduced charges for mileage and servicing, as well as discounts on tooling and consumables for the duration of the agreement.

The agreement means that instead of paying for ad hoc service visits when a machine needs repair or servicinge, you can benefit by opting for a half day or whole day's servicing to include other machinery within the workshop. Regular servicing will obviously afford its own benefits in terms of problem prevention and early detection. Taking out a service contract not only reduces the cost of the particular repair or service, but also fast-tracks the customer onto substantial reductions for any such further work over the course of the year.

Scott & Sargeant's team of engineers have years of experience in the woodworking industry with specialities in mechanics, hydraulics, three phase electrical systems, PLC controls and electronics. Whether your workshop is populated by traditional or high tech ,there is a Scott & Sargeant engineer experienced and trained to assist you. Whether you have a spindle that is seized, a hydraulic system that is leaking, or a printed circuit board that you are not quite sure what is wrong with it, one of Scott & Sargeant's specialist engineers can help you out.

Silver Service Agreement Includes:

- 1 service visit per year of 1/2 day included
- Reduced rate for callouts:

for Electrical Engineer £65 per hour on site and travelling [Usually £75/hr]
for Mechanical Engineer £55 per hour on site and travelling [Usually £65/hr]
Mileage rate £0.55 per mile to and from site [0.60p]

TERMS OF CONTRACT:
12 month minimum contract;
Payment by 12 equal monthly payments plus vat;
Contract will be automatically rolled over at the end of 12 month period at which time any price increase will be advised and agreed with customer in advance of any increased payment being taken;
Cancellation period 30 days;
Payment collection date 1st of each month;
1st payment due in advance of initial visit;
