Salvamac Auto Combo 5400-6000 Crosscut System

The Salvamac Combo 50 - 4000 is a heavy duty fast upstroke crosscut saw with a 500mm blade. It is designed for programmable and repetitive cutting. The saw unit has a pneumatic upstroke action with variable speed control and easy to use software.

The pusher / feed is fitted with an 11nm servo drive feeding system for fast positioning giving a high level of repeat cutting accuracy upto 40 kg. supplied with 3m roller table for idle side.

THE BEAM: New technological concept anodized aluminum beam: section mm 100x100, reinforced big thickness of the profile edge. 3 Sides with groves to adapt and install the structure. 1 Flat fence Side to favor the sliding of the wood on the guide avoiding wearing and dust problems. Maximum speed of carriage movement adjustable up to max. 60 m/min. High capacity pusher carriage thanks to considerable dimensions. Transmission system through toothed belt width 32 mm. with steel strips inside of high precision and capacity, with very high tolerance of positioning. THE ELECTRONIC HARDWARE
Servodrive electronic moving motor in integrated version allows be simple, long life, compact and with the maximum efficiency.
This special technology allows to use the motor in closing loop controlling and not losing every moment the position even in case of accidental external pressures and strokes.
The motor is placed in front and pulling-position. Motor power 11 Nm. I/O system directly from servodrive.
Safety emergency button and start button in ergonomic position.
