The single axis saw is controlled by PC/PLC system, which operates the grippers to move the panel and the saw carriage. Beam saws are the most cost effective method of precision panel cutting larger volumes. Saws now incorporated intelligent handling and precise cutting. They make effortless work of volume panel sizing. The principles are a moving saw carriage and a powerful pressure beam to hold the material in position. Dimensions are achieved by a rear fence that holds and moves the material to position controlled by computerisation. With optimising software the saws can calculate the panel cutting layout and  tork sequence to gain maximum yields from the panels.
