The Nicron Door series is renowned for its cost-effective and comprehensive system, capable of milling all four sides of a door with precision-specific working units. These units include double exit motors for hinge operations, a dedicated milling spindle for casings, a 9kw auto tool change for seamless machining, and a floating head designed for intricate profiles, enhanced with options such as a frame cramping device.

The advanced C500 and C600 models are tailored for heightened automation, equipped with dual working units that simultaneously mill locks and machine the face of the door. However, they do not facilitate machining the top and bottom of the door. These models are ideally suited for integration into production lines where additional processing steps, such as clippings, are involved. For specialised needs, our CNC Door Grooving Machine RP-CNC 2C allows for precise profiling of the top and bottom of doors while efficiently handling hinges and casings, ensuring a versatile and comprehensive door fabrication process.
