The Osama range of spreaders are built in Italy to an exceptionally high standard these 2 roller glue spreaders offer many benefits over hand glue spreading. As well as an increased in output over hand spreading, the volume of glue applied can be accurately regulated offering big savings in glue consumption. Accurate spreading also means less glue is squeeze out at the edge of panels resulting in easier trimming operation, saving time. All machines can apply double or single faced adhesive. Easy handling - Reduced use of chemical products - Re-use of water for further cleanings CAPACITY: 300 liters With Aquarius is possible to send cleaning water to a tank with 300 liters capacity equipped with a stirrer. Automatically, cleaning water is separated from the glue by means of the addition of a flocculant element loaded into the tank by the operator in the quantity defined during the installation. Separated water can be used for a further cleaning of the gluing machine at the end of the working shift. Residual glue mud is discharged in a filter bag and can be disposed after 4-5 separation cycles, reducing the cost for the solid part only, drained of all existing water. HOTMASTER uses a diathermic oil heating system mounted inside the chrome-plated dispenser rollers and powered by electrical resistances. Internal probes automatically control and correct temperature changes of even one degree, with PLC touch screen monitoring.
