Application Kluber Centoplex GLP 500 CENTOPLEX GLP 500 was specially designed for friction points subject to high loads, e.g. rolling bearings, plain bearings, guides, threaded spindles and other highly stressed machine elements. This universal lubricating grease is used for the lubrication of highly loaded, oil-tight spur and bevel gears (e.g. gear motors, small gears), worm gears with steel/steel material combinations and denture clutches. CENTOPLEX GLP 500 is also suitable for the lubrication of linear guides, e.g. in machine tools, as well as in assembly and conveyor systems equipped with central lubrication installations, like in Heidelberg printing presses. Description CENTOPLEX GLP 500 is a fluid multipurpose grease for the long-term lubrication at normal temperatures and high loads. Application notes CENTOPLEX GLP 500 can be applied through the usual applications systems (e.g. spatula, grease gun), or through central lubrication installations and metering systems. CONSTANT GLY 2100 Synthetic impregnating fluid for sintered metal plain bearings As bearings are repeatedly started and stopped, their speed varies or their sense of rotation is continuously reversed, the hydrodynamic oil film in the friction point will collapse at intervals. If this goes on for a certain period of time, premature wear will be the consequence. It includes KlüberComp Lube Technology*, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components. Klübersynth GH 6 clearly exceeds CLP requirements according to DIN 51517-3. Corresponding gears can be switched to Klübersynth GH 6 without prior consultation with the gear manufacturer provided the general application notes are observed. Klübersynth GH 6 offers high scuffing load capacity of API GL-5 if ISO VG 220 or higher is selected. Gears are sufficiently protected against scuffing even at extremely high peak loads, vibrations or oscillations, or if no running-in was performed.
