The iTECH Automatic Edge Banding Return Conveyor is a machine that automatically returns edgebanded material back to the starting point from the end of an Edgebander. This machine reduces the man power required to operate most Edgebanders. System runs independently of the Edgebander, and does not require integrated wiring. The iTECH system consists of 5 parts: The Air Moving Table, Belt Transfer Conveyor, Slowing Conveyor, Air Table and Hydraulic Automatic Lift. The Air Moving Table transfers the finished material to the Band Transfer Conveyor. The Belt Transfer Conveyor and the Slowing Conveyor advance the material and bring it up to the Air Table. The Air Table between the Slowing Conveyor and The Operator allows the parts to be quickly and practically rotated on the table and loaded back on to the system with the edge to be banded. The Hydraulic Automatic Lift can be used at the entrance of the edge banding machine and at the outlet of the Air Table. It automatically goes up and down with the photocells according to the thickness of parts. It doesn't need to bend or stand up when loading the parts piece by piece. Due to work safety and safety regulations, the difficulties in edge banding have been removed with this machine, which does not bother the operator, increases work efficiency and improves the quality of the parts. Thanks to a strong structure consisting of steel plates, sheet metal and belt conveyor structure, both products move safety and the risk of scratching is reduced. Since it synchronizes with the edge banding machine it is also possible to adjust the moving speed. The Casadei Industria E550 PURe Edgebander is designed for applying edges with either PU or EVA glue up to 50mm high, 3mm thick from coils or 5mm solid wood lippings as strips at 9 m/min. The new 7" Touch screen control is very easy to use and can quickly switch between functions showing a representation of the panel graphically on screen making it simple for operators to understand. This version of the E550 PURe has premilling with Diamond tools, PU glue pot, front/rear cut-off saw, flush trim, corner rounding [upto 45mm], Infrared panel heating, scraping, spray polishing compound and buffing as well as the option of a special PURe glue pot. The Pre-milling cleans the edge to give a perfect straight glue line - the premilling will clean any inconsistencies from a poor saw finish, misaligned scorer or blunt blades.
