Aigner Clamp I
A universal support for a wide range of safety equipment. The clamp positions safety equipment safely and quickly in both horizontal and vertical positions and can be fastened to mounting rails, mounting plates or to the integral fence.
Aigner Powerfeed protector is a handy spacer that allows you to preset the feed unit position and optimise the angle. This saves valuable set up time and saves your feed rollers from coming into contact with the cutter block or damaging the fences
The clamping lever allows fine positional adjustment
One unit consists of:
A= Maximum shift to either side 75mm
B= Clamping lever
C= Plastic end cap protection
D= Four socket head cap screws for fastening the spacer to the feed unit, interchangeable with the hex-socket set screws E
E= Eight hex-socket screws to compensate uneven mounting surfaces.
The Aigner Variofence
The safe cross stop for stop moulding on spindle moulders equipped with the Aigner table system. It provides accurate sizes and reduced risk of accidents
Features:
Swivelling through 90 degrees;
Infinitely adjustable and demountable;
Can be mounted on either side
Cutter frame E
Used as an edge support, mounts on the integral fence when machining the face of curved workpieces. Continuously adjustable retainer blocks.
The Aigner Contermax is an essential extra for spindle moulders when working with smaller pieces of timber or end grain.
The Contermax enables safe and efficient working: the quick release clamp secures and holds the workpiece for working against spindle fences and at 90 degrees to the spindle. End grain mouldings are thus safely achieved without the need to alter the spindle rise and fall position, or adjust the fences. A backing piece can be fitted to avoid break-out.
Maximum clamping width 200mm
The Aigner Counterstop machining guide is essential when machining curved components in conjunction with the 150mm capacity Bowmould Master.
It provides for infinite adjustment of the depth of machining within the cutting circle of the tool in use. The curved machining guide is mounted on the spindle, the height adjustment being made simultaneously with the cutter head. The curved machining guide adjustment for machining depth is easily calibrated on a scale marked on the plate.
To suit shaft diameter 40mm
Aigner Bowmould master shaping guard is a patented modular system that allows fast and safe machining on curved work. It can be used for either left hand or right hand machining and comes with infinitely adjustable infeed guide, dust shields suitable for tool diameters up to 150mm and suitable for either hand or power feed use. The unti features integrated dust and chip collection with dust spigot to rear.
Tools are easily visible through the transparent shield. The spring-loaded shield is used to adjust the necessary pressure on the workpiece.
Optional equipment:
Curved moulding stop, slips on the arbor to allow precise depth of moulding adjustment. Optional guide wheels can also be used for safe accurate guiding.
Features:
Fully adjustable guard brushes;
Brake shoe integrated in the starting strip which may be
swung through 90 degrees from its working position into its inoperative
position and vice versa. In both positions it is automatically locked, and ensures stopping of the starting ring.
Maximum tool diameter 150mm
Aigner Cutter frame for smaller (150mm capacity) BowmouldMaster
Used on the table of the machine as a support for workpieces when clamped onto the BowmouldMaster
The Aigner Counterstop machining guide is essential when machining curved components in conjunction with the 220mm capacity Bowmould Master.

The Aigner Centrex safety guard and pressure unit for spindle moulders
This safety pressure unit sets a new high standard for machining on a vertical spindle moulder. The adjustment for horizontal and vertical position is totally tool-free ensuring minimal resetting time. The vertical pressure shoe is spring loaded to provide precise and easy feeding across the cutting area and the horizontal pressure shoe is made of high-strength transparent polycarbonate, allowing the operator to see the workpieces whilst machining.
Features:
Solid aluminium casting with annodised finish;
Vertical pressure guide, aluminium annodised;
Horizontal pressure guide, aluminium with annodised finish;
Wear resistant high strength transparent shoe providing horizontal pressure;
Spring loaded vertical pressure shoe;
Mounting pedestal threaded for M10 studs/cap screws.
Aigner Spacer block
This block is for use where the Centrex is to be mounted on the back of the fence structure, and is designed so the operator can cut it to length to suit his or her specific machine
The purpose of this block is to give adequate operating height. It is important to ensure that the section of the fence onto which the Centrex is to be mounted is sufficiently large and rigid to prevent flexing.
Length of block 250 mm
Supporting bridge For mounting the Aigner Centrex on the machine table when the size or strength of the fence housing prevents its attachment.
The Aigner supporting bridge allows the Centrex to be mounted
independently to the fence, the extraction point to be ducted in a
straight line without any extra work.
Supporting bridge fastened on the machine table. Four basic
setting positions are possible for varying width (max. inner width 335 mm). Height 215 mm.
